Rebel řezaný je jedenácti stupňový ležák. Je připravován z českého sladu z naší humnové sladovny a ze tří speciálních sladů: karamelového, mnichovského a praženého. Vyznačuje se lahodnou plnou chutí s výrazným řízem.

Deep red, small brief head. Sweet caramelly aroma. Even sweet caramelly taste, but with added metal. Watery and a bit fizzy. Rough dunkel.

Tap (Zly Casy, Prague). Clear chestnut color. Small size, beige head, stays. Caramel, sweet, chalk and dusty in aroma. Caramel, sweet, dry hops in taste. Nothing nasty about this beer, but classic macro tmave. Boring.

Tap at Zly casy. Strong oxidized and DMS, metallic in taste. Actual beer flavour does not even come out from underneath the load of flaws.

Aroma has hay with light hoppiness. Clear golden, forthy head medium long. Taste is short and thin. Bit butter. Short finish, hay. Medium body, soft carbonation. low on personality

pivnizub (10179) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 5, 2012
Bottle: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, mid-sized stable off-white head, dry woody-nutty aroma, accompanied by a slight tartness; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; short bitter-sweet finish with -again - nutty traces. Nothing to complain, but all in all a bit thin…
