This beer is a strong, honey-coloured medieval ale brewed to traditional recipe. This style was brewed especially for wealthy nobles with expensive spices imported from foreign lands, it also uses a large amount of pure honey to add sweetness and important vitamins. It is unfiltered, so will contain sediment.

Bottle bought during visit to Cornwall. Spiced honey aroma, which was more appealing than the appearance which was a very cloudy honey brown colour, which did not settle. Taste was ok, a sweet/sour mix, though a little overly sour.
