Pale lager endowed with pleasant aroma composedly combining hops and malt flavors with a refreshing bitter touch fade-out. Richness, relish and full foam typical for Czech beer brewed using traditional technology, fermented in open fermenting cellars and maturing in low temperatures in tanks in beer storage cellars.

Your average lager in pretty much ever imaginable way. Clear golden, medium head, malts dominate the flavor and aroma, neither of which is very strong. Decent.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Aroma of bread, herbs, grass and some spice. Flavour of bread, grass, herbs and sweetness. Medium bodied. Dry herbal bitter end.

Draught at Řlbaren, Copenhagen
Blond color; generous creamy head. Mild aroma, grainy, a bit honeish, and with some hay. The body is quite light, mostly evident in the weak ending; there is an ordinary flavor of cereals and hay; the bitterness level is respectable, but without discernable hop qualities. Quite boring.

0,5 l bottle, Pivo Söröző, Budapest.
Poured clear golden with a small white head. Moderated aroma with a minimal bready malt, cereals, sourish yeast, vegetable hops. Weak malty aroma with some unpleasant earthy character of a cellar, yeast and some incoherent taste of hops. Unbalanced.

Bottle at KŘ10. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is rather dull, bready and not so fresh. Not past BB date.

Tap at Caféen Lřnstrup. Clear golden colour with thin white head. Aroma and taste of grass, citrus and old sheep. No carbonation. Its obvious that I´ve been served old beer from the pipes. The personel didn´t agree even when the taste far away from the bottle version. The cafe serves flat beer and this is how I rate flat beer from cafe Biografen Lřnstrup.
