COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale lager endowed with pleasant aroma composedly combining hops and malt flavors with a refreshing bitter touch fade-out. Richness, relish and full foam typical for Czech beer brewed using traditional technology, fermented in open fermenting cellars and maturing in low temperatures in tanks in beer storage cellars.

Bottle. Lightish golden colour with a medium white bubbly head. Aroma of malt with some fruitiness and hops. Flavour is a bit sweet with a mild maltiness and nice bitter hoppiness, which is noticeable in the finish.

Bottle, picked up at the ’Dodgy Deli’ on the Cowley Road, Oxford. Golden in colour with a white head, hoppy and malty aroma, taste had a bit of a sweet toffee edge? otherwise fine enough malty pilsner.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden coloured, mid-sized fluffy white head, sticking to the glass; fruity, estery (diacetylic?) nose with a faint but detectable bitterness; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, rather light bodied; lingering bitter, a bit estery-fruity finish. Not the greatest pleasure............
