drewbeerme (1840), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 6, 2008 bottle. pours clear golden with white head. aroma dms and green apple, grains and hay. flavors are grainy, some green apple, buttery. flabby mouth feel. pretty crappy.
Swalden_28 (640), McKinney, Texas, USA Oct 4, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels. Pours a clear light yellow with fizzy white heads that goes away quickly. Aroma of stale malt. Flavor has a little malt and a slight hop flavor with vague bitter. Light body, high carbonation....very boring beer..... SuperDave70 (822), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA Sep 8, 2008 Pale gold pour with a white head that fizzes away quickly. Mild aroma of sweet malr and floral hops. Flavor is much the same, light and sweet with a mild but lingering hop finish. Boring, but not really flawed. SilkTork (3941), Rochester, Kent, England Aug 31, 2008 440ml can from Tesco as Boheme 1795. Drinkable but grainy lager of little character. Few hops for a Czech lager, but some gentle lingering bitterness. Padron4KM (391), Chandler, Arizona, USA Aug 30, 2008 16.9oz bottle, no date code.
Clear golden with a thin white head, lively carbonation, decent lacing. Looks promising.
Light wet grain aroma, maybe a little doughy. Touch of saaz in the aoma.
Flavor is light grain, crisp hops.
Finish is light and clean. troopie (507), USA Aug 25, 2008 Bottle. Poured pale gold with foamy fast dissipating white head. Faint new hay aroma. Faint light flavour, a little malt, a little hop. Almost no finish. Not great, but nothing terrible. A commonplace pilsener
