Hops dominate the character of this beer! Double the normal amount of hops are added at three different stages of the brewing process to give this golden beer the distinctive bittersweet flavour and aroma of a classic India Pale Ale. 24 Carat is perfect to enjoy on it’s own, or with spicy Indian or Thai food. Serve cool between 4-8c

Lovely golden yellow colouring, small head, disappears quickly. Very hoppy taste, stays on the tongue long after sipping. Goes down smooth.

50cl bottle from the brewery shop, at 5% ABV. An attractive golden amber pour with a thick creamy head; some spicy hops on the aroma; oily in the mouth with a bittersweet grainy taste; and a spicy bitterness to finish. Rather good.

From a bottle bought in the brewery (a great place to visit by itself). Poured nicely in a gold/bronze colour with a good head. Sweet fruity taste with a slightly bitter finish. A simple but tasty ale with the standard quality of the Rebellion brewery.
