Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, nutty notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120808]

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, wooden, grassy and some mild resiny and herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Bitter with attitude, as for the flavour.

Hand pulled cask at the Moon & Sixpence (JDW ) Hatch End. Amber with a lively white head, in the peak of fresh condition. Subtle crisp hop bite with evident citrus notes. Clean malt base balances well. A over easy drinking session ale.
