chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Feb 11, 2007 Old notes from 2003. Not sure were from as I didn’t necessarily note that down back then. A quite dark coloured best bitter. Has the usual Rebellion fruity malt profile but enough earthy hops to prevent it from straying too far in that direction. Fairly full bodied.

Mid brown coloured with citrus and floral aromas. Dry finish. Joeh (1892), Buckinghamshire, England Jun 21, 2002 Tested cask-conditioned. Suffer’s, like other Rebellion beers from a cloying sweetness. At least this beer has some bitterness to match. Good. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 18, 2002 Sampled cask conditioned. Chestnut brown. Nice aroma of red berries. Medium bodied, fruity, malty, vinuous. Medium bitterness in the finish. An interesting and well balanced ale with a unusual touch of berries.
