Amber with a lasting white foam head. Very fresh aroma of cut grass and hops. Nice balanced flavour. Light drinkable palate and a long bitter aftertaste. A very good session bitter. ChristianScheffel (2104), Odense, Denmark Oct 23, 2007 Copper beer with a small but lasting white head, leaving a little lace. Butter and caramel aroma. Dry and malty flavour with a bitter finish. Rastacouere (5283), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 3, 2007 Clear copper coloured ale covered by a fair off-white head. Honest sandy, earthy hops stepping over the toasted bread and grainy flavours from the caramel malts. A light limey finish chimes in. Kind of a textbook example.
