Cask at The Junction Tavern, London. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, as well as a lighter note of citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a lightly bitter and buttery finish.

Cask (Three Horseshoes, Marlow)
Sweet fruity aroma, rich and uplifting. Looks like a classic dark bitter, with a small tight head. A super full fruity body - very rich roasty taste. Finish is rich and again packed with roasty malts. Late finish lets the hops shine a bit more - they’re very fruity. Classic bitter.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. As Marlow Smuggler. Amber with an off white foam. Aromas are weetabix malts with some nuttiness. Earthy hops with hints of melon and citrus. Some soapy floral notes with trace cardboard. Flavours are sweet toffee with melon and slightly tart lemon. Yeasty and a bit unrefined. OK.
