Feb 6, 2008 beautifully designed 5l-can, bought at the brewery. Pours a clear golden-amber colour with a large and creamy head, almost like whipped cream. Malty nose with a hint of honey. Full-bodied, very malty with hints of caramel and honey. Slightly hoppy throughout, pleasant finish with grassy hoppy notes. Very pleasant mouthfeel. A well-balanced and matured highly enjoyable Christmas beer.
