draught at the brewery restaurant "Schalander", next to the museum. Hazy golden colour, large white head, beautiful hoppy nose. Full-bodied, intensive malty base with lots of delicious resiny-herbal hops with a grassy touch. A shy fruityness ias also present, probably due to the yeast. Really delicious and moreish. A beautiful accompaniment to their tasty Kesselgulasch.
