Bottle. Pours Hazy, Orange Gold with a dense White head. Aroma is intense hefe. Banana, Clove and above all Wheat. The flavour is yeasty with some boozy, stewed fruit. The alcohol is warming and the bitterness and sweetness work hand in hand. I enjoyed this a lot.

Orange color with huge white head. Aroma of floral, honey, caramel, so sweet and nice, quite pleasent. Taste is light to medium sweet, no bitterness. Medium body , slick texture, soft to abarage carbonation. I like it a lot.

Hazy golden colour with small to average size off-white head. Wheat, some mild spices, grain, mild hops and yeast in aroma. Flavour is wheat, mild hops, banana, mild alcohol and some spices. Rich and smooth. Soft carbonation. Very good.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! hazy yellow amber color. Sweet hefty banana skin aroma with grapefruit . Sweet flavor with plenty of ripe banana as well as some bready and yeasty notes. Some strawberry also. Full bodied. Very sahti like, quite complex. Feels too sweet at first but actually this is quite nice dessert.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden with huge creamy white to off-white head. Spicy, peppery mustard-like aroma with hints of capers and laurel. Underlying sweet wheat malt note. Medium to full body, creamy, oily, taste has honey, mustard, pepper. The spicy notes fade away with time going by. Finish is soft, sweet, creamy, a mixture of floral notes, honey, pink roses. Wow! A perfect example showing the unmatched aroma complexity of Weizen Bock.

Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20120211]

Bottle. Orange amber color, cloudy. Banana and yeast in the aroma. Wheaty sweet flavor with yeasty notes, banana liquor and tangerine. Full bodied. Yeasty aftertaste with banana sweeties.
