Pours pale yellow with a small head and some nice carbonation, malt, cereals and notes of apricot in the aroma,flavors of cardboard, cereals and unpleasant bitterness, light body.

7/24/10. 12oz bottle courtesy Cavie. Clear golden pour, barely any head. Very plain and slightly grainy aroma. Absent flavor with a hint of sweet malt, grain, and hay. Meh.

From my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a slightly cloudy pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that produced some lacing. The aroma was faintly fruity and tangy. The flavor was tart, tangy and a bit sour with faint fruits and some chalk. The finish was dry and chalky. Medium body. Eh.

Poured a light yellow with a minimum head. Slight but pleasant yeasty aroma. A bit of citrus hoppiness, but a touch sweet with a acrid finish.

Bottle: light yellow with a small white head, nose is grains and grass, flavor is slightly sweet, a little grass, some yeast, blah.

12 oz bottle into English pint. Thanks to Brenn79 for sharing this Beer of the Month Club selection. The aroma is very bland, but from my experience: blonde = bland. I smell some sweet malt, and that’s about it. Appearance is just as bland: golden hue with a medium quickly dissipating head and just alright lace. Taste is, no surprise, bland. Sweet with no bitterness. Kind of sugary. There’s a medicinal offnote here, unfortunately. Highly carbonated. Boring, but that’s what I was expecting. The label boasts about this being brewed only for southerners, but that’s okay. They can have it! BORING.

12 oz. bottle- Pours pale golden with little head, aroma is grain and some hops, pretty boring. The flavor is the same, very boring, grainy, bland and boring. Nothing else to say because it’s so boring.

Sweet aroma sort of like bubblegum with a nice dull gold color with just a hint of murkiness. Tastes very pleasant with a little bit of hops at the end. Does leave coating on the palate afterward as though your mouth was wearing a sweater still drinkable especially on those Hot-lanta nights!
