Bottle shared at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Cheers! Pours mostly clear brown with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds toffee, toasty bread. Medium to big sweet flavor with some ripe dark fruits, more bread, dates. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary finish, with further bready malts, ripe fruits, toffee. Good stuff on the whole.

Cask as thick silky at GBBF 2015. It pours deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is toasty, bitter-sweet, chocolate cake, decadent and rocky road. The taste is rich, roasty, wood, earthy roast, coffee, chocolate brownie, fruit cake and light toast with a smooth finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth and well-rounded. Good work.

Bomber, shared by KansaiBeerLvrs. Thanks! Nice chocolatey nose. Smooth dark roast maltiness, slight metallic note in mid palate. Thin-medium body. A double in aroma, for sure. The nose promises more than the flavors and body deliver. Still, nice enough.

Red Brick Thick & Silky Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout 7.7%
A reddish brown pour with a beige head. It has a savoury chocolate nose with a touch of roastiness. Med-light bodied with a semi-slick mouthfeel. The taste is roasty chocolate, well balanced and nice but the body is on the thin side.
