3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
I’m not a big fan of flavors of beers but this one was quite nice. The first thing that hit me with the chai tea aroma and it wasn’t bad. Good combination, good palette, a lot of good balance between the mall and the hops. Overall not bad

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a dark black color with no real head. Nose is spicy and malty.
Taste is sweet with a strong chai flavor, drinks quite easily. Finish is sweet with lingering spice and herbal flavors. Worth trying but not for a repeat. Quaff Score 7 / 10

INteresting taste there. Very nice taste of stout and fine thick features. Some weird thin tea hint was.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours brown with a brown head and aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, and spices. Taste is rosaty and smooth, of roasted malt, milk chocolate, spices, vanilla and chai notes with a spicy, burnt finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a black color with aromas of tea, earth, light roast and a touch of lactose. Flavors are the same decent milk stout up front but a weird tea and chai aftertaste. That mix did not work for me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
An interesting take on the style, with light cinnamon notes and hints of vanilla chai. Creamy body. Flavors aren’t all right, but it’s pretty easy to drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep oily black, with a light head that reduces quickly to a tiny ring of bubbles. The nose is of nice pie spices. Flavors of chai tea are there, indeed, and mix with a semi-sweet dark chocolate back. The finish closes in on the warm pie spice notes. Luckily, the lactose is held in check to let the spiced-tea accents work well with the chocolate and light roasted malt contingencies. Medium-bodied, with a complex flavor palate, this goes down well in the cold months of winter, or drinkable enough with enough activity in the mouth to last all year round. Decent experiment here!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear but so dark it is opaque in the glass. Decent head.
Coffee in. the nose and, to a lesser extent, the flavor too.
Flavorful, even for style. Sweet up front with a mildly bitter finish. Nutmeg and, I think, some other spices.
O: a spiced? milk stout. Cross between a winter warmer and a milk stout? Worth a try for sure.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Black pour with a thin sticky beige head. The nose is great, with sweet chocolaty nuttiness, caramel, and something like pumpkin and something herbal. Taste is sweet and earthy with a roasted caramel and creamy tones, and a little pumpkin spice...or something like it. Really tasty.
