Bottle from Wine Emporium August 2013. Definitly won’t make your Monday, or any other day, blue. Rum and raisin aromas with a melon and raise flavour.

Bottle from Plonk (Jan 2014). Hazy orange/amber, tight off-white head, spicy, cloves, orange peel, brown sugar sweetness, bubble gum, creamy texture, mild bitterness, long dry finish. Very good.

Bottle, started about 10C which was too cold. Amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of dough, cardamon, vanilla, cloves, peaches, some orange. High carbonation. Sweet and fruity - peaches, candi sugar, not as much orange as I’d have liked - with a pretty dry and moderately bitter finish. Very solid.

Huge fluffy white head, which refused to budge on a light amber hazy beer. Aromas of lemonade soda, citrus, yeast and a little cloves. Good carbonation, sweet malt with good Belgium style spices. Cloves and very light hop character, just a hint of spice. The finish is smooth, good body and not over powering. The alcohol for a triple is very light. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Frankie’s Pizza, Sydney, on July 17, 2013.
Dark copper color, big fluffy lasting off-white head. Very fruity, sweet, cream, cake, dessert taste. Fruity, cream aftertaste, also red berries. Medium mouthfeel to the smooth side, medium low bitterness. Sweet, malty scent.
