2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Tap at OF. Pale orange-yellow-tan body. Steady, thin creamy white head. The aroma is really unappetizing, buttery rye. Probably the worst beer I’ve had from Red Eye. Absolute fail. The lemongrass attempts to give it some balance, but can hardly rescue it. Buttery, slick. Insipid, lifeless body.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Red Eye. Poured cloudy pale golden with a dense, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up toasted grains and bready malts with honey and fresh lemongrass accenting.. fresh and enjoyable. The flavor found more honey at the core, plus toasty, earthy grains and a small hit of bread.. fresh lemongrass, lemon rind, and herbal notes around.. tasty! Light-bodied and well-balanced on the palate.. I could drink a lot of this!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Malt House - Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Nose is real grainy, with light sour lemon and a hint of spicy rye. Taste has a real corn/grain lager feel to it, light yeast, and lemongrass. Smooth, medium-bodied, and well-carbonated.
