Bottle @ Chris O. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel flavor. Fruity malty and slightly roasted caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Hazy brown beer. Little tan head. Watery malt with a little toffee. Not much else going on.

From the Bottle at Chris O’s pre GBBF tasting, Kensal Rise 31/07/2010 Some hop aroma. Mid brown coloured smooth on the palate and hoppy with a hint of dryness in a roast malt finish.

Bottle at ChrisO’s "Raise the Roof" tasting, 31st July 2010. Dark brown. Delicate flavour that tends to anonymous. Disappointing for that reason.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF tasting. Deep amber colour, small brownish head. Aroma is fruits, bread, nectar and some mild earthyness. Flavour is fruits, wood, and mild herbal and toasted notes. Also some slight nuttyness.

Bottled. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry woody finish.
