Can. Mostly clear light orange pour with a small clingy white head. Plenty of sweet caramel in this - overpowers the hops. Slightly earthy/dusty. Not my bag.

slightly hoppier then I like my (traditional pale ales ) but a nicely balanced pale with a clean finish and great lacing. If youre a pale fan its definitely worth a six pack demo

Tap @ TacoMac, Windward. Dark golden pour, slightly hazy. Aroma of hops, and pale grains. Tastes like an American pale ale. Simple and refreshing. (4211)

8/20/14. Sampled at a VORLAUF meeting. I was warned it might not be the freshest. Amber pour, maybe a dark orange, under a small, short-lived khaki head that laces okay. Mild aroma, definitely malty, a hint grass, not really much hop character, too much caramel poking through - sweet. Even lamer flavor, not much hop character, malty, caramel, too sweet. Meh.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is resinous grassy hops with a nice pale caramalt background. Taste follows, nice citrus notes on the hop, more balance. Good stuff, but a little tame for American pale ale.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Comes out of the growler a clear amber with a thick, frothy and rather persistent eggshell head. Aroma is more hoppy than malty, almost like an IPA, with a hint of Mandarin orange. Bold, malty flavor is as hoppy as a cottontail, almost IPA-ish, a tad fruity, pleasing, refreshing. Flavor is firm and fizzy, and finish has a note of fresh hay. Hop to any growler store or bar that has this on tap!

On tap at the brewery. Durable foamy head over a hazy amber body
Smells more hoppy than it tastes, but the hops kick in at the finish and linger on and on. Herbal. Slight dry finish.
