Hopped with Zythos hops giving it a light citrusy flavor and aroma. Balanced by a sweet malty backbone, the perfect companion for the warmer weather.

Pint on tap. Clear pale orange-amber with a film of cream. Nose is toast, orange caramel and resin. Tastes of resiny herb, toasted grain and stale grapefruit. Some ash and cardboard in the finish. Light-medium body is smooth with medium carbonation and a good balance.

Can. Pours mostly clear amber. Aroma is floral and piney hop character, pale malts, and faint toast. Flavor is balanced malt and hops, though a little less hoppy than what I like in a pale ale; nevertheless, clean and easy drinking. Medium body.

Clear, coppery orange, nice dense white head. Smells like orange juice with some caramel. Flavor is citrusy sweet, like orange juice or Tang or something like that. Hints of caramel, too. Clean finish.

Good looking beer with a pleasant aroma that fails somewhat in the mouth. Not bad, but not all that interesting for the style.

Fairly hoppy, but definitely balanced by a strong maltiness. Slightly hazy Amber with a good head.

Can. Mostly clear light orange pour with a small clingy white head. Plenty of sweet caramel in this - overpowers the hops. Slightly earthy/dusty. Not my bag.

slightly hoppier then I like my (traditional pale ales ) but a nicely balanced pale with a clean finish and great lacing. If youre a pale fan its definitely worth a six pack demo

Tap @ TacoMac, Windward. Dark golden pour, slightly hazy. Aroma of hops, and pale grains. Tastes like an American pale ale. Simple and refreshing. (4211)

8/20/14. Sampled at a VORLAUF meeting. I was warned it might not be the freshest. Amber pour, maybe a dark orange, under a small, short-lived khaki head that laces okay. Mild aroma, definitely malty, a hint grass, not really much hop character, too much caramel poking through - sweet. Even lamer flavor, not much hop character, malty, caramel, too sweet. Meh.
