This American style IPA is medium bodied and definitely has that citrus flavor and aroma we’ve all come to love. Coming in at just under 7% ABV we hope this IPA sets the tone for our new brewery in the Atlanta market. Slightly sweet, very hoppy, crisp but unfiltered, we know this one will leave people thirsty for more.

Got this in a growler from the Hop Stop. The bartender said this was a well balanced IPA with a soft finish. I was sold from there. This beer doesn’t have any gimicks. It is just well made, tastes good, and is sessionable. Sometimes, that is exactly what I want in an IPA. Citrusy and a little buttery. I haven’t seen this beer in cans or bottles locally, but if it is available, it could become a mainstay.

Malty with nice citrus and resinous hop flavor. Light, but with a good amount of flavor.

Can to glass. Pours a hazy golden light amber color with an off white head. Aroma is a piney grassy hop. Flavor is piney, earthy, bitter. Lighter in body with a funky finish. Not my favorite.

From a can. I’m sure its average looking. Grassy and herbal hops, bitter on the tongue. Not bad, not good.

On tap at the brewery. Weedy, grassy, herbal, grapefruit peel aroma. Hops present a more balanced taste with a touch more fruit. Mild bitterness turns a bit higher in the aftertaste. Hazy amber with a durable off-white head.

Poured a golden color from the can with aromas of early hops and light pine. Flavors were the same piney flavors light floral hops followed by some apple. Decent overall.

Can from Lazy Dog. Pours a hazy gold with a thick layer of cream colored head. Aroma of hops and a slight fruitiness. Taste of bitter hops and not much else.

Poured from a can. Golden with a frothy head with lots of lacing. Color is a little cloudy. Aroma of citrus with a little bit of floral notes. Taste is not good. Very bitter with a slight rotten aftertaste. Can is five months old. Maybe has something to do with it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the 12 fl. oz. can marked Canned 11/08/13. The pour is golden yellow with great clarity and a full, foamy white head. There are earthy and pine hops on the nose along with a sort of green apple thing. malts are downplayed but still hanging in the background. Medium body. While the hops are not overpowering they are the main character in the taste that finishes on the clean side. Fairly easy to drink. The taste has a notable hop character that clings to the back of my throat and lingers bitterly for a few seconds after each swallow. Tastes clean as well as biting.

Big pine sap scent up front. Pours on the darker shade of a very light yellow. Flavor is of sharp pine and a sweet malt that balances well. Stylistically typical but very tasty.
