COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American style IPA is medium bodied and definitely has that citrus flavor and aroma we’ve all come to love. Coming in at just under 7% ABV we hope this IPA sets the tone for our new brewery in the Atlanta market. Slightly sweet, very hoppy, crisp but unfiltered, we know this one will leave people thirsty for more.

Big pine sap scent up front. Pours on the darker shade of a very light yellow. Flavor is of sharp pine and a sweet malt that balances well. Stylistically typical but very tasty.

12oz can from trade on HBT. Pours a cloudy dark straw color with a large foamy off white head. Aroma of orange/tangerine, some light pineapple notes, and bready malts. Taste of sweet citrus, orange zest, pine, wet dough, and hints of caramel malt.

12 oz. can. Pour is hazy amber with a lasting flotsam of foam. Nose is resin, toasted grain, caramel and a touch of citrus. Tastes of toast, spicy resin. potato, parsley and citrus. Light-medium body is too airy and fizzy, but leans nicely to the dry side.

Keg at Craft Conondrum, Charleston, 18/02/15. Clear golden blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, bread dough, light citric peel, melon. Taste comprises bitter orange, melon, light hops, bread notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness. Had this down as a golden blonde! Lacks hop presence for an IPA - pretty mediocre for style.

Sampled in a tulip glass. Full nose at first, with a little stir, even better. Sweet and citrus nose, as was the first ping on the palate. Sweet citrus gives way rapidly to a nice hop for an IPA, though it could more so for my personal IPA preference. Mouthfeel is a little thin, not aided by the pillow head. Nice medium amber look, rapid carbonation, very surprised at ABV when I saw it. Overall a very enjoyable drink, pair with smoky, sweet meat (BBQ!).

Cloudy orange, with a dense white head. Smells malty, with caramel notes followed by a piney aroma. Taste is caramel and toffee followed by a piney hop flavor. Nicely full bodied. I liked this one....

Old rating. Straight down the line IPA. Orange color. Mild citrus hops. Medium body. Okay and forgettable.

Tap at Atlanta Hawks bar in ATL airport. Clear golden pour with a clingy white head. Kind of a mild but pleasant floral / citrus thing here. Above average. Below great.

On the apple green can, a wave-tossed bunny damns the torpedoes. Hazy straw color, tall, webby white head. Nice hoppy aroma, grainy sweetness, vanilla and cakey tones. Tastes about like it smells - assertively but not aggressively bittered. Cakey notes, some pineapple esters. Medium body, loose carbonation - goes a little flat and it can’t be called crisp. A cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma contains mostly pine and some lemons. The flavor is as sour as it is bitter with some pine showing up as well as lemons and a hint of orange. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. Overall this isn’t very complex but certainly nothing wrong with it. This might be a good one to introduce someone to IPAs who might be thrown off by a hop bomb.

Decent middle-of-the-road IPA with a good balance between citrus and hops but a little flat on the delivery. Finish is a tad short.
