COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Bohemian style pilsener that is slightly deeper amber than most in this style. It has somewhat sweet with biscuit like malty notes. We’ve used some noble hops but have definitely put our American twist on it with a subtle citrusy aroma and a little bit more alcohol than normal. We hope people will find this lager refreshing after having a long hard day.

Rich gold body--a vibrant hue with a nice frothy head fed by steady, vigorous carbonation. Crispy, lightly fruity head. The flavor, however, projects with much more fruitiness, particularly stone fruit, berries, and a touch of citrus. After some aeration and warming a mild graininess pushes through. Sawdust twangy finish.

12 oz. can. Nice, clear straw color with a medium, pillowy, white head. Up front floral and earthy hop aroma, with some hay, oranges, and cereal. Sweet and malty flavor, with a very mild bitterness in the middle. The aftertaste is long, but very faint and not unpleasant. Light body, crisp and effervescent. This is a very good lager, with no obvious adjunct flavors, and well hopped. Not very forward or complex (understandably), but well made and refreshing.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2013 Can thanks to TheBeerSommelier in a trade extra. The name fits. A good beer at the end of a long day. Simple beer. Fits the bill. Nothing special or over the top.

Can shared with dad at the brick store pub while visiting Georgia. My dad isn’t a fan of craft beer so we were scouring the menu for a light, accessible lager and this seemed to do the trick. Aroma is average malt, very light hop character and some grain. Mouthfeel is thin but sessionable with notes of grain, light hop, corn and sweet malt. Basic lager but not bad.

On tap @ Williamson Brothers Atlanta. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is a nice sweet malt and a little funk. Taste is a nice caramel maltiness balanced with mild hops. Medium body, decent session beer.
