Pale and crisp light bodied ale, fruity with a restrained hoppy dryness created by our own Hallertauer & Tettnanger hop flowers. This beer is fermented at a cool temperature to create a crisp, clean finish and uses the best quality imported German Pilsner Malt. We also add a touch of Australian grown Wheat Malt to improve head retention on this beer.

Went to red hill brewery.. It was closed.. Had this from the bottle down the road.. We decided this would be a good session beer.. Not boring, but not to full flavoured as to distort your pallot

330ml into schooner glass. Very slight hop aroma. Minimal head, cloudy yellow, looks like fruit juice. Nice taste! Bitter, creamy, a bit fruity. Short finish. Very nice. These guys make nice beer.

On tap at the brewery on a cracking day with some local mussels, probably adding a few points. Pale gold with white frothy head. Floral and citrus aromas. Flavours are a subtle mix of hoppy citrus and honey like malt.

330mL bottle. Pours pale straw with a thin white head and a slight citrus aroma. Faint fruity hop flavour and i also get notes of the pilsner malt. Its been crafty well but not my cup of tea.

Produces up a palest, pastel yellow and hazy. Highly effervescent, well conditioned, pushing up an impressive two inches of steady white foam that rises like a plume from the lip of the glass. The head is bitter and citrically sweet and needs to be gnawed off to bring out the aroma. Nose of Granola and barnyard grains, pale honey, lemon candy, yeast and just a little marmalade - overall it gives a very sweet impression. Quite citric in the mouth; a tangy and ripe blend of lemon and lime zest, orange and grapefruit. Who knew from Hallertauer!? Light graininess comes through, delicate almost with yeast and light pine mid-palate. Herbal, grassy and dusty backend dries it out well with a peaking bitterness and gentle finish making for an alarmingly easy drinking ale. Controlled fruity sweetness, every thing in harmony and balanced with a light body and soft mouthfeel to boot. I like it. Probably not ideal giving the plummeting mercury at the moment here in Perth but come Summer I reckon this one would be deadly. A very nice Golden Ale! (33cL, no date stamp, Cellarbrations Carlisle)
