2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
I drank a lot of this in the Philippines, and maybe it was just in comparison to the other San Miguels (or the fact that I never paid more than about $.40/bottle), but I didnít think it was all that bad. Yes, not a very exciting palate and a slightly watery body, but it made for a refreshing drinky! Insiderís tip: look for a bottle with a smiling horse on it- this means the beer has extra alcohol!

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Apple juice looking body. Small head, no retention or lacing. Looks pretty much what you would think a malt liquor poured into a glass looks like. Creamed corn and battery acid on the nose, along with some cereal grain and fruit. I canít describe what this tastes like, other than to say that it tastes like burning. The others I tasted this with thought it was OK, but I can honestly say itís one of the worst things Iíve ever tasted. Iím giving it a 2 because apparently I like to torture myself and continued to drink almost the whole sample. Maybe I am just not as well versed in this style as the "Grand Masta of Malt Likka" Ibrew2or3. Or maybe my taste buds are the only ones that still work. Who can say? Mouthfeel is thin and watery but ultimately OK for the style. Finish is pretty long, corn and acidic notes again present. My mother taught me to say something nice so well......ummmm......the cap is cool?
Dave lost a lot of goodwill from me personally by making us drink this. Know that ;)!

Bought in Thailand. Made by San Mig but not one of the better ones. It is fruity in taste, with a unique aroma. My sample had 6.9% alcohol,.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Its got the potential but ultimately it lacks anything great. over sweet malts malts with rice adjuncts, and no hop presence. makes this barely drinkable.
