2.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bought in Thailand. Made by San Mig but not one of the better ones. It is fruity in taste, with a unique aroma. My sample had 6.9% alcohol,.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
The aroma is like corn malt and alcohol. The appearance is golden with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. The is not that good but it’s not offensive.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Its got the potential but ultimately it lacks anything great. over sweet malts malts with rice adjuncts, and no hop presence. makes this barely drinkable.

Painted bottle, 6,46% on the simple export label. Golden color. Grainy, dusty aroma with apple. Grainy, slightly perfumed flavor with apple. Very short aftertaste. Thin. Low quality strong lager.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Can that my wife bought for me while she was in the Philippines. Clear pale yellow color with a small head. Aroma of fruit (apple, mostly) and corn syrup. Tastes is much the same with a grassy, bitter finish. Thin texture.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Everywhere in the Philippines. This stuff is like their equivalent to Old ’E or Steel Reserve. Golden color, not much of a head, the aroma is insanely dominated by malt and cardboard / cereal notes, backed with a high alcohol base. Equal to drinking a Mickey’s to me, something to pound on the beaches of Boracay. Worth a try if you visit the area. Should be served brownbagged.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Thx Maria. A clear, golden pour is topped by a small, white head. The flavor is quite weak, but for a malt liquor it isn’t bad. There’s some alcohol, but it’s not dominating, but the grains are. Alcohol, sweetness, grains and a little fruityness in the flavor, not much bitterness. Not in the finish either, that is more on the malty-sweet side. Medium body. Quite decent malt liquor, it actually surprised me a bit. (070719)

It has a smooth taste and I love to drink it moderately because of its aroma. For me, it’s perfect! Cheers! for RED HORSE BEER!
