Bue à la pression. Belle couleur ambrée, bonne mousse, carbo ultra puissante. Présence du malt tout en rondeur, houblon à gogo (comme d’hab’ avec St-Cru) avec des notes d’agrumes et de résineux. Une bière au top !

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear dark amber beer with small carbonation and small ivory head. Smell: really hoppy with grassy notes. Balanced with caramel malt notes. Very nice nose. Taste: medium body with good caramel malt balanced with high grassy hoppy taste. Easy drinkable with a good attenuation. Good grassy finish. Aftertaste: high bitterness with grassy hops.

Light haze on this amber - gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light with decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts, good creamy sweetness, touch of lactose. Mild spice and light citrus. Ripe orange. Light finish. Hangs together well enough and it’s pretty drinkable.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles, Brussels, 16 Oct 2015) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, orange peel and pink grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, blood orange, citrus peel and a generous citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with a good malt profile and a generous hop character. Nice one.

Tap@ Black door. Pours unclear amber with a thin white head, lacing. Nice hoppy, sweet tropical fruits in aroma. Sweet fruity, peachy with some nettles as well. Sweet finish, lingering fruitiness. Almost too sweet but I do enjoy the fruits here.
