Poured amber/orange with a small, off-white, head that lasted around the edges only. Slightly hazy. Not sparkling. Ok lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of slots of spices, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Light body. Average texture. Soft to average carbonation. Cinnamon and nutmeg finish. Seems like spice for the sake of spice.

Poured a deeper and cloudy amberish/red color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of lots of cinnamon, graham crackers, and nutmeg. Spice bomb. Tastes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and just a lot of psices. dmac (1510), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Draft at Caones. Poured a deep dark red body with no head what so ever. Aroma was all spice, lots of cinnamon and nutmeg with a slight touch of acidic vinegar on the end. The body was thin and watery with soft carbonation. The flavor once again was all cinnamon and nutmeg. Not quite sure I agree with the name on this one as it conjurs up the idea of an Oktoberfest or Pumpkin beer when this one is all winter warmer/Christmas beer. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Tap at Capones. Pours a hazy brown with a small bubly off white head. This was a cinnamon bomb. Smelled like Golden Grahams coated in cinnamon. Maybe a touch of some ginger and nutmeg. Possibly some of the maple syrup. But cinnamon dominated the flavor and aroma.
