This hoppy IPA is brewed with a custom blend of hops created just for Ales for ALS, including Equinox, Mosaic, and five unnamed experimental varieties. $1 per pint donated to Ales for ALS benefiting research into ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

Really nice beer, its in a similar vein of fresh squeezed, not many ipas like this. Sweet more than bitter, lots of fruity hops. Nice juicy red ipa, this and hop shovel are both knock outs.

"This version at the pub was definitely not a nice little 6% ipa (closer to 9%). This was a big juicy fruity double IPA worthy of the Racer name. Not hot, but quite bitter and sweet. Tropical fruits on the nose and tongue. Hope to get it again..
