COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Marzen-style lager, amber in color, is lagered for five weeks. It has an emphasized malt flavor, is smooth with a clean hop bitterness. Backed by Crystal and Munich malts.

On tap @ Red Rock...crystal clear garnet pour with a small ivory head that left just a hint of lacing. Aroma and flavor are slightly spicy, moderately hoppy, and quite malty. Lots of biscuit, honey, and some peppery spice. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear red/copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet caramel and light hops. The flavor is basically a mix of sweet hops, caramel, toasted malts, earthy and quite hoppy. Nice.
