Pours a very light golden color with two fingers of frothy-white head. Aroma is sweet caramely citrus. Flavor is very sweet with a little hint of pine and grapefruit bitterness. This is a very good Double IPA that has the best of both the bitter and sweet worlds.

Not much aroma. Bitter light not the best hop. Malt is present. Thin fading head. Eh. Get the low gravity stuff

It’s easy to grin, when your ship come in,
And you’ve got the stock market beat,
But the man worthwhile, is the man who can smile,
When his shorts are too tight in the seat.

bottle - Pours hazy copper with a one finger head. It has a hop led aroma with citrus and resin. The hop forward flavor is citrusy and supported by a solid, sweet malt body. To me it doesn’t stand out for the style, but it’s pretty good. Bottled on 4/23/14 and consumed yesterday and while most of the intervening time was spent in the fridge, I’d still recommend drinking this one sooner. I suspect the hops aren’t as intense as they’d have been a few months back.

Hazed chalky golden color with soft, sudsy white head. Dry hopped aroma. Very dry in flavor with a pleasant earthy hop dominance. Quite good.

Bottle thanks to Secret Santa! Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has agood amount of onion with some pine and backing sweet grains. Flavor has earthy pine and earthy onion with some resin and underlying sweet grains.

500 ml bottle from my Utah Santa shared with the group. Pours a clear dark golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have resiny and spicy hops, some citrus, sweet caramel malt, lightly toasted, good flavor, moderate bitterness, some grassy notes, not a crazy hop bomb DIPA, but a more balanced version.

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good to excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy complex citrus and grass hop aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer and exceeded my expectations.
