Light fruit and Belgian Yeast aroma. Peach flavor is light, but substantial--not too much. Doughy/biscuit flavor in the background. Mild Witbier yeasty flavor.

Had on draft at the downtown pub. Thin, wit like, fruity, lactic in the aroma, tannic, slight peach, peach stone. I did not find this very enjoyable. It seemed hard to drink, maybe the tannins were to much for me.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. A sweet nose of sugary peaches and some floral notes. Certainly tastes like a fruit infused Wit bier with light sugary sweetness, peaches, something odd and perfume which I guess is the rose. OK.
