Had on draft at the downtown brewpub. A very clean pilsner, no sulfur. Soft honey in the nose. The flavor is grain, sweet pilsner malts, firm earthy hop bitterness. Nice dry finish. Good pilsner.

Appearance: Clear light golden with a small white head and good lacing
Aroma: Pilsner malts and citrus
Taste: Malts, bready and citrus
Nice and light, easy drinking. This would be a great summer lawnmower beer.

Pint consumed at Red Rock restaurant in Park City, Utah. Colour: reddish.....interesting for a pilsner, if not inaccurate! Nose: Hops, light barley...basic stuff. Taste: Light sweet, medium sour, medium bitter. Abundant barley with a background of hops, a whisp of coconut and a lengthy dry hop finish. Cozy coating mouth feel.

Sampled at GABF on 9/18/2010. This pilsner pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grain. A medium bodied pilsner. The malts are cereal and grainy. The hops are spicy and floral. Lively carbonation. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pours a nice light golden yellow. Aromas of hops, grass, and maybe malt. Taste is crisp with a nice mellow hop flavor.

On tap at the downtown brewpub. Pours a crystal clear color with a large white head. The aroma was a hoppy surprise; lots of pine and a full hop profile. Light malts as well. The flavor was similarly a clean and easygoing hoppy pils, light malts and sweet flavors. I really enjoyed this one, another winner from Red Rock.

Draft Brewpub SLC 1/19/09-Pours a clear golden with a small covering for a head. Aroma of grains, malt, and slight hops. Taste of the same with a little citrus. This light bodied Pils was not bad.
