COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rock's Honey Wheat is light-bodied, straw in color, and exceptionally refreshing to the taste. As our lightest beer on draft, the addition of honey adds a slight finish backed with enough maltiness to create a mild and crisp finish. You'll find that the Honey Wheat goes well with almost any dish, but is exceptional when paired with a salad or light dessert!

on tap 7/21/10 in park city. clear pale yellow with a short lived white head. it smells of honey, pale malt (a little husky), florals and some peppery hops. it tastes the same mixed with a light metallic note. it’s a little muted and watered down. i guess it is ’safe’. the medium body is dead and lifeless...5/2.5/5/2/11/2.65

Draft @ Brewpub: Clear yellow, light head and light lacing. Nose of malt and light husk and hop. Clean and light, very drinkable. Can’t find any flaws here, just not my thing.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale golden. Slight honey aroma. Sweet and fruity, thin bodied with notes of boiled vegetables. Low bitterness. Not great.

On tap a few weeks back at the brewpub in SLC. Color was a clear gold to amber. Aroma of wheat with a bit of grain and honey. Flavor of honey, wheat, fruit and flowers. Good for a normally bland style.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a super clear light gold, with a medium size white head. The aroma is pretty light; some grains and honey. The taste was quite simple; a bunch of honey and wheat, also some malts. This could be a breakfast beer.

Poured from the tap a very pale straw color with a finger of head that fell to a thin, pocky cap. The nose had a good balance of wheat and honey notes. The taste started with honey and a lot of the wheat character. The end had a bearly noticable bitterness. The feel was thin, but and refreshing. The drinkability is good. Another good summer beer.

(08/2006. Draft). Nice, wheaty aromas. Very clear, straw yellow with a thin white head that lingers surprisingly well as a thin film that laces the glass. Much like an American Hefe but just slightly sweeter (undoubtedly from the honey, which is otherwise very subtle). Very light bodied. On the fizzier side. No lingering palate effects. Very clean finish with no aftertaste.
