on tap 7/21/10 in park city.
clear pale yellow with a short lived white head.
it smells of honey, pale malt (a little husky), florals and some peppery hops.
it tastes the same mixed with a light metallic note. it’s a little muted and watered down. i guess it is ’safe’.
the medium body is dead and lifeless...5/2.5/5/2/11/2.65

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAR 4, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a super clear light gold, with a medium size white head. The aroma is pretty light; some grains and honey. The taste was quite simple; a bunch of honey and wheat, also some malts. This could be a breakfast beer.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from the tap a very pale straw color with a finger of head that fell to a thin, pocky cap. The nose had a good balance of wheat and honey notes. The taste started with honey and a lot of the wheat character. The end had a bearly noticable bitterness. The feel was thin, but and refreshing. The drinkability is good. Another good summer beer.
