This has a ridiculous pour, all head, literally, so I’m gonna put down my pen, was some dishes, then sit a spell as I wait for it to settle.
Back again.
The head is breaking up somewhat, and a body is beginning to form. It’s taking on a somewhat hazy, pale yellow look. I’ll make a few phone calls.
Back again.
The aroma is light and fruity, some apples and white grapes. I take a sip, and before thinking about the flavor, I thoughtlessly pour some more. Time to pay some bills.
Back again.
It looks like an ice cream float now... if you’re used to yellow ice cream. The aroma has a little zest to it now. Impatient, I take a swig from the bottle - and my mouth fizzes up. Very nice flavor, as I carefully swirl it in my mouth and make tiny swallows. It’s a dry, fruity drink, lightly tart, with a dry zesty finish. Over all, it’s a solidly good drink. I may have time to finish it tomorrow.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate complex citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid beer.

Pint bottle, thanks to alexsdad06. Hazy brighter yellow color. Thin white head. Dots of lace, mostly loose, looks good though. Good lemony citrus aroma, straw hay aromas. Mild funk. Pretty nice saison aroma. Good mild zest moderate sweet, some herbal notes, mild tanginess. Light bitterness. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Pretty damn nice tasty well-done saison. Better than expected.

500 ml bottle from my Utah Santa. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have doughy malt, somewhat dry, yeast, bubblegum, some fruity character, nothing really pops though.

Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma is musty straw, spice, a little citrus. Taste is spicy, peppery, lemon candy, bubblegum. Overall, not what I’ll reach for when I want a saison.

Bottle @ RBWG, Asheville. Deep slightly hazy yellow pour with a small head. Saison yeast, Belgian countryside. Some marshmallow and mandarin orange. Similar flavor. Pretty dry and somewhat chalky. Orange and honey. Light spice. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pleasant.

50cl bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up apple and pear like sweet fruity esters, saison yeasty spiciness and a light tart funky yeast sort of thing. The taste is similar with sweet fruity esters grudgingly giving up ground to some saison spiciness. It gets a tad funky with tart yeast and then it heads into sugar malt sweetness. This is too heavy and sweet but I do like the way it comes together.
