COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A darker seasonal variation of the traditional Alt Bier. Red Rock’s Latzenbier is full bodied and well hopped, with a surprising balance between bitterness and nutty malt sweetness. And is accented by a subtle chocolate taste.

On tap at the brewpub. What a cool and unusual brew. Pours a dark ruby color with a medium off-white head. The aroma is fruity, lots of cherry and near roasted malts. The flavor is a mix of chocolate, roasted malts, fruit, caramel, very fruity. Almost like a traditional ale. Very good.
