Cask hand pull at GBBF. Hazy golden color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of citrus (no kidding) and flowers with subtle white pepper. Taste is bitter lemon. Nice.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Pours a hazy golden colour with a thick white head. Plenty of citrus in the aroma, the taste is again is citrus and hops that leads to a nice dry finish.

LIVE RATING. Cask at Southampton Arms, London on 15th October 2011. Slightly hazy, pale amber with thin white ring of foam and no lacing. Fruity hoppy aroma and a lemony citrus taste in-mouth. Touches of pepper and spice. Fruity citrus in finish. Zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops and lemon, as well as lighter notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemon, and malt, leading to a dry, bitter, and hay-like finish.

Cask@3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, floral notes, mild spices, some herbs and a bit toasted notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, mildly spicy along with some slgiht sweet malty notes. Pleasant.

Cask gravity, Derby Summer BF 2011. Dusted green gold, low head. Egg and ground coriander aroma. Soft, candy like, perfumed, some parsley-like citrus. Got to be coriander. Pleasant, but it drowns the hops. Wheaty afters. Not what I was hoping for.

ABV: 3.6%. Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, citrus, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110729]

Cask gravity @ The 3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford CM23. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly yeasty aroma with hoppy hints. FRuity malty hoppy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus finish.

GBBF. Cask. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light crisp palate. Pale dry malt. A little hop bitterness. Mild banana ester in the undertone. Dry finish. Not really getting the Citra fruit at all.
