Tåkete brun med lavt hvitt skum. Kjenner både humle og malt, malten dominerer. Fudge, noe nøtter og lett sitrusig bitterhet mot slutten.

[cask at City Arms, Manchester] Golden brownish ale with a creamy half-inch head from the sparkler. Crisp, grassy hop aroma. On the palate, very drinkable, subtle hop profile, slightly spicy – touch of biscuity malt. Loved the Cascade finish. Went back for a second pint [28102011]

Handpump at the Crown, Cowley. Very nice example of a light pale ale, crisp and dry on the palate, yet still with a juicy malt bite and a hint of orange.
