Red Star Imperial Apricot

Sample on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy amber color with a small white head. The aroma was tangy and fruity with a light note of apricot. The flavor was tangy and fruity with noted apricot and a lightly yeasty and musty undertone. There was a long, tangy apricot finish. The alcohol was well hidden. Far less complex than the Imperial Amber but very enjoyable.
