This beer really does nothing for me. Drink enough and you would get drunk. Its probaly the bottle that makes it taste good. Nothing like an old stubby. Very poor flavor.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2003 Subliminally, The bottle makes it taste better, and that deserves extra points in its own right. BUt besides the bottle, the beer is pretty blah, maybe a tad better than its american counterparts probably because of the jamaican water..actually i dont know what im talking about..it tastes like all other american standards..but less uriney

I thought beer-pop was a phrase used for American beers. Not enough flavor for such a high price.

Nice beer. Better enjoyed straight from the bottle. I agree it is a bit pricey but enjoyable with just about anything. If youíre going tropical, itís a much better choice than Corona and a slightly better choice than Hatuey. Eetís an oglay bottal bot eetís a gude beer mon!

Orlando Beer Fest: All malt, no carbonation and no hop whatsoever. It didnít seem this bad when I was in Jamaica. Maybe all the rum makes it taste better.

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2005 Well, you know what youíre getting here. Its a tropical lager made for drinking in warm - hot, really - climates. Very quaffable and not a huge amount of flavor, but more interesting than the deservedly maligned Corona.
