COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it's easy to drink it up.

Corn, metal, straw and watery. Prickly carbonation and stale vegetable aftertaste. Meh

Getting a tropical fruityness on the nose, and a strang but pleasant chocolate component. "Sweet" and refreshing beer, going towards the tropical fruitynes. It stays on the palate for a time, well balanced. A simple and straight forward beer perfect for a hot summer day!!

Does the job as a hot weather tropical pale lager. Commercials are great. Beer just OK. Serving: Bottle

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2012 330 ml bottle. Rated @ 19.12.2009.
One of the worst brews I’ve ever tasted. Weird looking colour, off-yellow yellow or something. Metals and vegetables on the nose. Flavour of really mild malts. Light bodied with an extremely watery mouthfeel.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a golden colour without a head. Aroma of grass and grainy malts. Flavour of sweetish grainy malts, grass and some honey. Very clean. Light bodied, soft mouthfeel and a light, malty and somewhat bitter finish. Better than I remembered.

Pale yellow lager color with a minimal white head. Faint aromas of corn, bitter hops, and a tiny bit of spice. Pretty tasty for the style actually, sweet and malty with corn and faint spice. Unoffensive but very refreshing. If I just had to rate this against all other pale lagers it would score higher.

Malty aroma with a big of cardboard and maybe a touch of grass. Rich, malty flavor, though not too sweet and quite drinkable. Wouldn’t want more than one, but it wasn’t bad.

Appearance: scotch yellow, no head. Aroma: light, grainy and slightly sweet. Taste: crisp and clean, otherwise just a hint of sweetness. Finish: short, hint of sweet cereal. Notes: Not as good as I remembered from my youth. Missed the head. On the watery side.

11.2oz bottle-pours a white ring for a head and yellow color. Aorma is sweet grain/corn, some spice hops. Taste is sweet grain/corn/hay, some spice/grass hops.
