First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it’s easy to drink it up.

Brewed for US market at City Brewery’s Latrobe plant since 2012.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours perfectly clear & markedly pale. It’s got a small head that sticks around for a while.

The aroma is odd, I’m not sure I’ve ever smelled this beer before... but it smells strange. Yeah, it’s sweet with some cereal grain but there is something about it I can’t put my finger on, it’s not really offensive as far as beers like this go, so that’s cool.

The flavor has a little bit of cidery sweetness up front, but the finish is pretty dry. It’s got a little bit of hop spiciness and a low level of bitterness. It’s got some odd cereal notes, but generally it’s fine enough... I mean really for a light beer without much character, there isn’t a whole lot of offensive qualities to it either, which is neat.

Am I the only one who thinks the RateBeer style designation on this is a little screwy? The Bottle I have, which is different from the pic on the site (maybe the problem), claims it’s a Jamacian Style Lager, but you turkies have it pinned as a pale lager... where’s the respect for brewer’s intent, or is that just for "craft" beers?

Stubby bottle from B&M. Pours gilden with a thin white head. The taste is light and refreshing but very short of flavour. Mild spiciness and grain. Typical lager.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste grass, sweet, like a bad lager. I thought this was bad. I wouldn't drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Couleur jaune claire, mousse qui disparait. Nez malté avec note acidulée pomme. Gout a peine malté, notes douce et pomme.. Petite pétillance. Corps aqueux et fin rapide. Malgrés tout pas mauvaise et agréable
