| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Mar 13, 2008 Golden color with a moderate head that measures about a fingers length. Aroma is not all too strong, slight sweet smell. Flavor is not much, a bit of sweetness cancels some of the bitterness making it easy to drink. Hopefully Jamaica has better beer than this. dm9831 (1167), Monee, Illinois, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 12, 2008 i’ve had this both in a bottle and on tap numerous times when i have visted jamaica (last trip january of this year). stay at all inclusives, you drink a lot of this. pours yellow with a medium head. mild nose with traces of grain. the flavor is also light (but the commercial description sets one up for a ’soft taste’ in the beer). reasonably carbonated. refreshing when snoozing on the beach in negril. while this beer is anything but a winner, it is supremely inoffensive and i have drunk gallons of it in short periods of time with out blacking out (as far as i know). and i look forward to drinking a lot more of it next january while avoiding the chicago winter. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Bottle. An Ok drinking beer. A simple tasting beer. Mild, easy to drink, good for parties. Kind of like a generic soda that no one complains about. haf (333), Gijon, Spain

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 8, 2008 Bottle from my roommate. Poured a clear yellow color with little head. I really didn’t get much of anything on the aroma, perhaps a bit of light malts. Taste is about as bland as the aroma. Light malts and watery flavor. It was easy to drink, but so is water. I do like the grenade bottles though, they are fun to throw and now our living room is covered in shards of glass. SamGamgee (1420), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Mar 8, 2008 12oz bottle. Yellow with no head after a second or two. Stinky veggie aroma. Similar taste. Definitely no better than cheap american lager, and way more expensive. Not a good combo. No cleanliness, ehh. 502Flavors (617), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Mar 7, 2008 not good. I don’t really understand why anyone would pay for this over a Budweiser or something (I would much rather have an MGD or Lebatt Blue), perhaps its just because of the bottles and funny commercials. Little to no aroma, like a simple light and cheap lager. Looks like a normal cheap lager: little to no color in appearance, and a minute and fading head. Watery nothing flavor, except the hint of sweet burnt rubber. Palate was no different than dirty water: light and uninteresting/unappealing. I used to really enjoy these when I first started drinking beer, but I couln’t even finish the one my friend gave me last night. tytoanderso (1385), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Mar 5, 2008 12oz grenade. Buttered sweet corn on the nose. Pours bright, pee yellow with a thick and creamy white head. Sweet and steely on the tongue. A touch of grassy hops. Cardboard and paper. Buttery and metallic. Heavier on the palate than expected. Unless I’m in Jamaica, I’ll pass thank you very much.
