First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it's easy to drink it up.

Bottle @ Metro. Was pretty shocked. Clear yellow pour with a nonexistant white bubble-up (can’t call it a foam or a head). Aroma is vegetabley, grainy. Taste is quite good, better than the macro lagers for the most part, and actually smooth, and quite refreshing. Good beach beer.

Bottle. Pours a mix of amber/yellow color. Light-Medium hoppy taste with spices. What a true PALE LAGER is meant to taste like. Very easy to drink up, and very pleasant taste if you’re in the mood for a REAL BEER which is "light".

A good beer for a summer night. Poured into a chilled glass it presents a white foamy head that laces down as you sip the beer. Smooth and drinkable.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. The color is light yellow with little head. The smell is somewhat sweet with a hop flavor and some corn. The taste is a little bland. It does have some hop character and is a bit sweet but not very strong. This beer is something that I do not have very often but is good in the summer. I usually stay away from any big beers during the summer months and a Red Strip while in frount of the grille is perfect for a hot summer day.

Pours a white head with legs and a clear golden body. Smells of sweet, cereal grains. Somewhat sweet, malty flavor. Clean, but a bit too sweet. Better than the typical A-B products.

This bubbly yellow beer poured with a decent white head and a pale malt aroma. It’s a standard warm weather drink, with a refreshing light watery malt taste and a hint of hops at the finish.

The bottle I had expired about a year ago, so I should have thrown it out. Instead I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t that bad and I could see myself drinking these on the beach. probably a little better when fresh. Smooth, refreshing and light (watery) like other Caribbean beers.
