COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it's easy to drink it up.

Pours a nice, medium bodied head, light in color. Aroma of grains, particularly hops. Flavor is semi-bitter, with a smooth, clean finish, leaving a somewhat of a bitter afterbite. Soft carbonation makes for an easy drink. Overall, a decent brew with an affordable pricetag.

i don’t know why the average rating is so low, it really isn’t that bad. it tastes like a generic lager, like budweiser, or miller, but it’s better

This smells like a cheap champagne and has the carbonation to follow it. Taste tho, is corn and rubbing alcohol. Very Chemic and uninspired.

Color looksbland and it pours to a small head. Taste is bitter and you have to force to swallow it. I recommend this to someone you dislike.

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2009 Pours gold. No real head so no lace. Aroma is hops and grain. Good carbonation, crisp body. easy to drink. Taste of nothing special. Just grains. A little bitterness but pretty flat all the way through. This is the beer that I drank all through high school during the warm seasons. I know it’s nothing special or anything good for that matter. But this beer holds sentimental value to me. So I may rate it a little higher than it is truly worth.

Should have stopped brewing in 1939. Pours yellow. Smells of sillage. Tastes of nothing particularly good. Meh.
