Poured transparent yellow with decent head formation, aroma of staleness/grain. Hits the mouth with a bit of sourness, thin body, finish lacking. Decent hot weather drinking beer, but not something I would purchase on a regular basis. It did earn an extra point from me by being available in the "shorty" 12oz bottle, why don’t more companies use this type of bottle?

Not too impressed with this one. Pale yellow, slightly sweet flavor. Pretty much a very forgettable brew. Cool bottles though.

The appearance is yellow straw with a fizzy head that quickly vanishes. The smell is sweet and sour at once, but both qualities are indistinct enough to blend into something unappealing. Taste is actually pretty good--something like a sweet coconut, followed by a bitter finish. As it warms, the coconut turns into a honey sweet, reminiscent of a less intense honey lager. Mouthfeel is unimpressive and average, somewhat watery. The carbonation seems less than usual, but manages to tickle the tongue. Here comes the ultimate negative--after one of these, you begin to build up a high level of gas that you just can’t seem to get rid of. It sits in the middle of your chest and refuses to go away. I asked some friends if they were experiencing the same--and they were. The bloat factor is high, but the beer tastes pretty decent. Better than I expected, but not good enough to warrant another purchase.

I love the stubbie bottles!! Used to be all bottled beer was in Canada. Red Stripe kinda has a faint coffee aroma. A smooth refreshing lager taste. I honstly dident expect a beer from Jamaica to taste this impressive.

Faint malt aroma with a clear golden body with a fizzy head. Flavor has a sweet oaky flavor, kind of like Yuengling. A decent lager from Jamaica.

Very light pale yellow, little sweet/hop aroma. Smooth, light, not too bitter. Better than I was expecting, good beer to drink a lot of.

Very average beer. Light colored. Bitter aftertaste. Probably will not drink again.
