AlKHall (161), West Hartford, Connecticut, USA May 24, 2007 Horaaaaaay Macro! There should be a rating for bottle shape, then this beer would get higher ratings..... BuckeyeSammy (454), Cleveland, Ohio, USA May 23, 2007 This is a good lager. Very quenshing. Finishes well. This is a great summer beer. One of my favorate lagers. resulin (3), Italy does not count May 23, 2007 light, not fabulous only to tryusually go for another lager when I have a choice.
.leggera non favolosa solo da provare la drinkbeer (280), Redondo Beach, California, USA May 21, 2007 Updated: May 29, 2007I find this to be a pretty harsh lager, and I usually go for another lager when I have a choice. The grenade shape is pretty cool though. A novelty brew almost. RCL (1443), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA May 19, 2007 Maybe it’s more the power of suggestion, but there does seem to be a hint of tropical fruitiness in there. Comparatively pricey, but easily one of the better pale lagers out there. yesyouam (587), Fairport, New York, USA May 17, 2007 Red Stripe is a pale straw colored lager with no head to speak of. The aroma is slightly sweet and is of fruity, bright grain. It has a smooth light body. The flavor has a nice bitterness that leans on the citrus side. It’s a little funky. Boo, creepy foot doctor! Hooray, beer! BBorsutionns (44), Nashua, New Hampshire, USA May 14, 2007 Sweet beer with a light-medium body. It’s real smooth and very refreshing. It doesn’t taste all that Jamaican, but there’s nothing wrong with it. Stellaaaa (57), Tennessee, USA May 12, 2007 Updated: Apr 26, 2009This was a mediocre beer. It differed in no way from the typical American macro-lager except in price, which when considered, it makes it seem less worthwhile.
