Note: This is intended for the white sand beach’s of jamaica. Kevin (1920), Colorado, USA

F you ratebeer you have ruined my night. the hot blonde in the tube top that has the coke addled eyes is no longer appealing to me the silicone bruneette with the obvious daddy issues is unimportant. this burns a bit and has a sandy taste, this is no bueno. i am surrounded by a great scene but all i am worried about is the beer. damnit, Kristy pour me a DFH 90 minute i need a good beer. the bartender smiles as she sets down the DFH. as she turns i inhale the wonderful fragrance of this good beer and check out her sweet ass. things are good again. die red stripe die. I've had this a few times before the days of RB, but this was the first time on draught. Surprisingly decent - fresh, light and predictably clean. Fairly rich and malty too. Equally starnge, this was actually pretty creamy, leaving speckled froth down the inside of the glass. Immy (1912), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA

I drank this on the beach, Andros Island, the Bahamas. Maybe it’s the proximity to Jamaica, maybe it was the right place, whatever, but I liked this much better than I ever did in the states. Pale yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Sweet grain flavors, light sweet malt. Medium soft body. OK, it’s still a ’Stripe... marcus (1911), Sacramento, California, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 27, 2009 This bubbly yellow beer poured with a decent white head and a pale malt aroma. It’s a standard warm weather drink, with a refreshing light watery malt taste and a hint of hops at the finish. Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 2, 2005 Grassy, grainy, catty aromas from a honey-yellow beer with a white head and soft effervescense. Flavor wasn’t bad... a bit bland but with some lemon sourness balancing a sweet honey. Watery palate... so it went down easy enough.
The bottle reads, "For over 75 years Red Stripe has embodied the spirit, rhythm and pulse of Jamaica and its people." If I was Jamiacan, I might get offended because it would entail that I didn’t look or smell too great and that I was rather boring.
