First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it’s easy to drink it up.

This is the first time I've ever poured it out of the bottle so I could rate it. It's a cloudy gold color that doesnt have a very good aroma. Taste is average not much to report. Much more ffulfilling if you drink it in the bottle while talking about how funny the commercials are

Frankly, I was incredibly disappointed when I discovered this beer was brewed in the US. Been to Jamaica, hadn’t tried the beer. Now sorry I didn’t. Anyway - the bitterness lasts in to the aftertaste but it is not strong. Pours a clear yellow, white head that leaves lacing. Nose is non-existent except on your breath. The honesty on the can is "Jamaican Style Lager." I should have read it. This reminds me of when Miller brewed Lowenbrau. It was awful. Brewing a German Pilsner in the USA. Yeah, right. Back a while when I was in Puerto Rico, I had the entire tourist bus looking for Lowenbrau because PR still had the Munich brewed. Why anyone thinks they can improve the original beer escapes me. Enjoy and thank God for beer! Praise His Holy Name!

Bottle. Pours a straw color with a moderate head and spots of lacing. Aroma of malt sweetness and grain. Taste of mild malt sweetness and grain. Light bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Light body but pretty bland. Typical lager, that goes best with a tropical climate.

Um, I don’t know why I rate these kind of beers. They are not that good and everybody knows it. Oh well.

Bu en bouteille de 25cl, couleur blonde et mousse basique, une bière de soif bien faites, mais pas non plus incroyable malgré sa légère et agréable aciditet amertume

Backlog. Tried it bottled. Just your standard mass-produced lager. Nothing to get excited about.

Bottle from Au Grain D’Orge - Clear golden color, with small white head - Aroma is malty, honig with hints of weird things at the end - same for flavor - light body, crisp, no or very light bitterness, crisp malty finish

A very delightful beer, always has a great head and is rather light. Very distinctive in taste and smell, most enjoyable from a can (in my opinion) chilled, not too cold.

Appearance with pale golden color and small head. Aroma is very weak. Taste also very light and refreshing. Beer for a hot day!
