Bottle. I didn't mind this one, accepting what it is - a simple, clean beer that doesn't get bogged down in nasty dryness like so many low grade lagers. Good in multiples on a hot day watching cricket and jerking!

Clear orange beer with a big white head. Typical lager aroma. A very thin body. Sweetness from malts but no bitterness. A hint of honey. Medium crispy carbonation. Boring as hell.

I was a tad of unsure of doing this, but hey why not, I’ve been staring the notes of this for the past week. Alright, well, here goes. Its been poured in pint glasses and pilseners over the years and I have never been able to see any difference ever in either glass. Here’s the rest. The appearance was a somewhat hazy to clear yellow color with a rapidly dissipating slim white head that barely left any lacing. The smell was kinda funky with a sour grassy yet somewhat sweet corn. The taste followed the smell and had a quick crisp finish. On the palate, this one sat fairly light and sessionable. The carbonation is quite soft as it barely penetrates my tongue. Overall, just another pale lager that tries to make white men dance. Me, well, not exactly but hey I’m not gonna be the one to say it doesn’t, - maybe someone out there helps them dance.....

Drank from a bottle at a beach bar. Fresh but basic lager. There’s a slight hint of malts in the taste.

Pours a pale gold color with white head. Funk, grain, and some skunk on the nose; follows onto the palate. Not absolutely terrible, but not overly pleasant either. Finishes dirty.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 01.01.2015
Aroma is mild and unpleasant with wet paper and some harsh malt. Also distant buttery tones. Flavour has wet paper, some buttery tones, herbal hops and harsh malt. Also bush leaves. Not as bad as I expected but bad still.

Better than the worst macros, depending on your preferences I guess. Sweet but not as sweet as some. Corn syrup.

This one has the faint hops aroma so typical of many lagers. It is light gold in appearance. There isn’t anything remarkable about the head. The taste is a bit weak, again nothing stands out.

(1116-210614)
